I called the morning of my service to set up time to bring my car in. It was great , I wasn't there long and I had a great conversation with another sweet lady that was waiting as well. Very nice ladies in the service Dept.

I feel like Five Star Toyota is always looking out for me. I brought my car in for an oil change and they advised me my brake pads were almost gone. They got me in and out quickly. They’re available for any questions and they don’t pressure you to do anything. And I thought the price was reasonable

I had a wonderful experience today I pulled up at the dealership and an Amazing young man met me at my car I didn't even have to get out. I needed help programming and though we had so much difficulty with my phone, password etc. This young man refused to give up until we got results.Clay Santos, Outstanding service, he went above & beyond. Very helpful and respectful people. If you walk in even having an idea of what you want they can help you with options. It was an extremely pleasant experience not to be pushed in any particular direction but to instead be given offers that work better for the original plan I’d set forward instead. They will work with you here and make sure you leave happy. Highly recommend them.
